We primarily use USPS Ground for shipping to the contiguous United States. Other shipping options are available upon request. Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing your order. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Due to the handcrafted nature of each print, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. Each print is produced to the highest standards, and Emily personally inspects, signs, packages, and ships each piece herself to ensure its quality.

Damaged or Defective Prints: If your print arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include replacing the damaged print.

Color Variations: Please note that due to differences in monitor settings and the nature of the printing process, slight variations in color may occur. These variations are not considered defects and are part of the unique charm of each print.

Custom Orders: For custom orders, including specific requests for print sizes or additional personalization, please understand that these are created especially for you and are non-refundable.
